Two of His Favorite things

Our middle son Connor is super funny. There are 2 things he loves more then anything in this world, Larry Boy (from Veggie Tales), and Thomas the Train. He is my one child that I can give him his Larry Boy or a train and he is content with them for hours, seriously, hours. When his Sunday School teachers asked him what he wanted to be when he was older, he said, "Larry Boy because I am that Hero!!!!" I never wonder what to get him for a gift, and neither does anyone else. He is my Connor baby, and I love it that he loves Larry Boy, and Thomas the Train!

The things kids say.

Today as I was fixing the night light and humidifier that Ryan pulled apart in the older boys bedroom I looked around and saw a disaster. Toys and clothes were everywhere, and I had just cleaned there room a couple of days ago. I looked at Nicholas and said,"I am beyond sick of all these toys, I'm going to throw them all away!", and Nicholas looked at me and said, "Well Mommy, I'm beyond sorry." In that moment my anger turned to laughter, and I realized that they are just kids, having fun, and I should learn to lighten up more.

Naughty

Our youngest son Ryan is 1 almost 2, and he is one of the most mischievous little boys I have ever known. I refer to him as naughty when I talk to my husband to let him know what kinds of trouble he got into for the day. He has one of the most sweetest faces ever, with big blue eyes, and a smile that would warm any ones heart, but underneath it all he is a troublemaker. I believe that he thinks about what he can do to get into trouble then does it. Whenever he has something that he shouldn't have he goes and hides behind his swing in his room. If we can't hear him, we know he's doing something he shouldn't. And, the thing that makes us laugh the most is he instigates problems with his older brothers. My little naughty Ryan is one of a kind and I absolutely love everything about him, even his naughtiness.
